The Town of Pima will be accepting applications for the position of Town Attorney. This will be an as needed position. Duties & Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Draft & administer contracts; Represent the town in legal matters; Review documents and define the best course of action; attend monthly council meetings when requested; research & anticipate legal risks for the town. Preferred qualifications: excellent communication skills; knowledge of open meeting laws; knowledge or experience with municipal organizations.
